With nearly 20 years in the field, she has worked with clients across all ages and abilities—from pediatrics to elite athletes—both in the U.S. and internationally. April is the creator of the BrainFirst! neuro-based treatment model and serves as Director of OT at the Shandy Clinic, specializing in care for children with autism, ADHD, and related diagnoses.
